VENDOR AGREEMENT (TAYLOR SHOW)
1.Vendor set-up is from 8am-9: 45 (show opens at 10am)
2.all vendors must be set-up before 9:45 or you may lose
3.Power is provided (bring extension cords 25ft max)
4. Vendors are responsible for anything that they sell.
5. Table prices are as follows:
table - $40.00
Tables are 8 foot
There will also be A $10.00 discount for
prepaid tables. Any table not prepaid
Will be available to anyone who wishes to pre pay for
that table. (IE. will not hold for you because you always come)
6. All animals must have proper caging.
(No over crowed snakes in ten-gallon tanks)
(cage should be clean)
7. No federally endangered, threatened, or Michigan native
Reptiles may be sold or displayed. If not sure ask for the list.
8. All animals must be sold in secure containers or bags.
No "loose" animals, please!
9.No Crocodilians- display or sale (city law)
10.We reserve the right to have any animal removed for any reason.
11. All tables must be covered . (table cloth)
12. All sales must be conducted in the show area .
(no parking lot sales of any kind will be tolerated)
13. Two admissions per vendor (must be there before the show opens)
14. The show hours are from 10am to 4pm vendors must stay until
4pm or you may not have tables for next show
. Vendors shall hold Michigan reptile show, the show coordinators, staff, harmless from all claims beyond the price of the table rental. The expo staff reserves the right to refuse entry or evict any vendor not in compliance with the above shows regulations without refund of table rental fee. Vendors assume full responsibility for all animals brought to the show, and any injuries caused by animals brought by a vendor are the sole responsibility and liability of that vendor.
